Fellow Corvette owner Jim Duhamel was diagnosed with ALS last July. The disease has progressed to require Jim to stay at home. The family has installed a ramp and a stairlift to help make Jim as comfortable as can be. Sadly there is no cure yet for ALS and his doctors are giving our brother only a few years to be with us. Jim can no longer drive and had to sell his beloved Corvette. His dream car was a ZR1 Corvette so we have arranged to pick him up for this event in one to bring him to the show in one (Thanks Paul Turner).
Shine up your rides and join us in a fundraiser to help the family on 6/2 with a rain date of 6/9.
We will have a few awards for the top 5 as well as a Jim’s Pick award.
Food will be available from Intimate Moments chef services and we will have a DJ. Spread the word and help support a fellow Corvette owner. $25 suggested donation.
